COVID-19 Special Venue Restrictions

At Hunter Valley Gardens the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We wish to reassure everyone that we follow strict health and safety regulations and are adopting the recommendations of the NSW Government.

The NSW Government has introduced new measures to limit the number of people allowed in venues, the current limits being 100 people at inside venues and up to 500 people in outside venues. We are aware this may cause some disruption to our guest’s experience but, please be mindful our staff are following guidelines set by the NSW Government. We will do our utmost to minimise the impact on our customer’s experience, however, please be aware there may be times we have to restrict entry to particular areas of the venue.

As the situation keeps evolving we will update our terms and conditions in line with the advice provided by the NSW Government.

Thankyou for your patience at this time.
