Walking Dinosaur

New for 2021, is our all-new walking dinosaur! (10:30am – 2:30pm)

Dino Nursery

Our Dino Nursery has experienced a major makeover, children of all ages will enjoy this adorable display!

Mega Creatures

Be amazed with the gigantic Spider-saurus, Cicada, Frogs, creepy crawlies and more throughout the Gardens.

Night at the HVG Museum

Featuring a large Brachiosaur skeleton and Archaeological dinosaur fossil digs. Kids will love sifting through sand searching for lost dino bones!

Dinosaurs

Featuring a flying Pterosaur and 16m long animatronic Brachiosaurus. Plus, all your favourites are back including T-Rex, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Spinosaurus and more!

Dragons

Hunter Valley Gardens is home to a variety of dragons including 6m long winged dragon and two-headed dragon.

Flying Pterosaur

Our flying Pterosaur flies an impressive 3m about the ground!

Ice Age Creatures

The Ice Age is brought to life with a 3m tall Woolly Mammoth and two Saber-Toothed Tigers.

Spider Cave

For a spine-tingling experience, our spider cave will give even the bravest children goosebumps.

Mega Creatures Trail App

The whole family will enjoy the Mega Creatures Trail app. Full of activities, fun facts about dinosaurs and a checklist to follow.

Secret Dino Egg Hunt

One dinosaur egg will be hidden each day within the Gardens. The lucky finder will win a family pass to Snow Time in the Garden.

Food Stalls

Located within our events area, we will have a range of delicious food and drink options. Including: burgers, loaded fries, gelato, coffee and snack foods.

During your visit to Mega Creatures and Mega Creatures Night Safari download our FREE app. Full of activities, fun facts and more for all the family!

Download the FREE adventure quest app to your smartphone. Search: “WILDGOOSE” from Apple or

Tea Cup

Join the tea party at our fantastic Tea Cup ride. Twist, twirl and have fun in giant coloured tea cups.

Swing Chair

Thrill seekers will love our flying Swing Chair. Feel the wind in your hair and get your adrenaline pumping as you fly 11 metres above the ground.

Carousel

Children will be delighted by our traditional Venetian carousel, designed especially for the Gardens.

Ferris Wheel

See the Gardens from 25 metres high in our spectacular Ferris Wheel. Suitable for all ages, relax and take in the view.

As the sun sets specialty lighting will illuminate our pre-historic beasts, creating a thrilling spectacle for all ages.

Special lighting has been installed to make the most of our giant Brachiosaurs, T-Rex, Triceratops, Sabre Tooth Tiger and Mammoths to name just to name a few, plus new for 2021 walking dinosaur!

Tickets are only available through our website and garden entry. Guest are advised not to purchase tickets from Third Party Sellers, as fraudulent tickets will not be honoured.

Admission charges apply. Guest numbers are strictly limited and tickets must be purchased on our website prior to arrival. Entry to the Gardens closes one hour before the completion of the evening. Some activities may not open in adverse weather conditions and for unscheduled maintenance. Ferris Wheel, Carousel, Swing Chair and Tea Cup ride are user pay & height restrictions apply.
