Can I refund my Service NSW Voucher code?
No, we cannot exchange Service NSW Codes for cash. We can refund the tickets purchased for a valid reason, minus the Service NSW Voucher amount.
What ticket types can I use my code on?
We will be accepting Service NSW Voucher codes on tickets for Snow Time in the Garden and Garden entry tickets.
The code provided is not working.
- Please check you have copied the code correctly when entering it to the checkout.
- The codes we provide are for single-use only, if you have not already redeemed your code please go to bookings support and submit a request to investigate your issue. We will respond within 24 - 48 hours to your request.

The voucher has been used, the voucher you have supplied has already been redeemed.
Voucher has expired, the voucher supplied is no longer valid.
You have already redeemed a voucher with Hunter Valley Gardens today, only one Discover Voucher can be redeemed with a business per day.
Voucher type denied access, the voucher type requested does not match the code provided.
Can I redeem more than one voucher with Hunter Valley Gardens?
Discover Vouchers - Only one discover voucher can be redeemed with a venue per day.
Family Vouchers - We can only redeem one Family voucher at a time, and only one code can be used per transaction on our online gateway. To redeem more than one voucher you will need to make multiple transactions.
I have already purchased tickets; how can I use my code?
If you have already purchased tickets and want to use your Service NSW Voucher, you can use them on our amusement rides when you arrive. We cannot redeem the vouchers for tickets that have already been purchased.
